Who We Are

We founded Fuller Fundraising to help nonprofits build fundraising programs that are both effective and human.

With more than 25 years of combined experience, we’ve seen that the strongest fundraising efforts happen when strategy, systems, and relationships work together. Too often, organizations are forced to choose between data and connection, planning and execution.

We believe fundraising works best when those elements are aligned.

At Fuller Fundraising, we partner with organizations to bring clarity, structure, and care to their fundraising helping them raise more, retain donors, and build sustainable programs that support their mission for the long term.

Meet the Team

Jess Fuller, CFRM

Hello! So happy you are here.

My work in nonprofit consulting—especially in fundraising—is rooted in a deep belief in the power of connection and the importance of your mission.

Before launching Fuller Fundraising, I’ve spent nearly 15 years in the nonprofit sector, working in a variety of frontline fundraising roles, including major gifts, mid-level giving, phonathon, communications, annual fund, and board development. Most recently, I spent five years at Bloomerang, partnering with hundreds of nonprofits to implement smarter, more human-centered fundraising strategies through good technology.

This blend of hands-on fundraising experience and CRM expertise allows me to support organizations in both strategic planning and execution. But at the heart of it all, my approach is about people, not just plans or platforms.

When you partner with Fuller Fundraising, you’re not just hiring a consultant—you’re gaining a collaborator who values your mission as much as you do, and who’s committed to guiding you through the fundraising process with purpose and care.

Lee Fuller, CFRE

My work in nonprofit consulting, particularly in fundraising and campaign strategy, is grounded in helping organizations bring structure, clarity, and momentum to their advancement efforts.

Before co-founding Fuller Fundraising, I have spent more than 13 years in the nonprofit sector leading fundraising initiatives across annual giving, mid-level and major gifts, planned giving, capital campaigns, donor stewardship, alumni engagement, and volunteer development. I currently serve in a senior development role with the Phi Kappa Psi Foundation, where I oversee the annual fund, mid-level and major gift strategy, chapter-based alumni communications, feasibility studies, and capital campaigns.

I am a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and have completed formal coursework in fundraising management through the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Together, these experiences inform a disciplined, data-driven approach to fundraising, helping organizations set realistic goals, prioritize the right opportunities, and build systems that support long-term growth. While strategy and structure are essential, I believe the most successful fundraising programs are built on trust, consistency, and strong relationships.
